Customer agreement

1. General Provisions

1.1. These rules regulate the relations between a Visitor/User/Customer and the Provider of the services.

1.2. The Provider shall place information regarding the offered services, and other information related to the activities of the Provider on its website. Alterations, including changes to information on the provision of services on the website and their cost, shall be made by the Provider unilaterally without the prior notice to a User. The information is valid until the Provider made the relevant changes, unless another term is specified by the Provider.

1.3. By placing the application in accordance with the procedure established on the website a Customer gives fully and unconditionally consents and accepts these rules.

2. Terms of Use

2.1. Website visitor is a person visiting the website with no intent to place an application.

2.2. User is a website visitor who accepts the terms of this Agreement and wants to place an application on the website.

2.3. Customer is a User who placed an application on the website.

2.5. Website is an internet site owned by the Provider and located on the internet at the website address www.gaminatorsystem.com, where the services are provided.

2.6. Services are information services rendered by the Provider available for an application on the website.

2.7. Application is a duly completed Customer request for the provision of the service selected on the website.

3. Protection of Personal Information

3.1. By providing personal information when submitting the application form on the website, a Customer authorizes a Provider to process and use its personal data according to FZ No. 152-FZ "On personal data" as of 27.07.2006 in various ways for the purposes specified in this Agreement.

3.2. The Provider uses the Customer's personal information for:

• completion of a Customer's application on the website;
• customer feedback.

3.3. The personal information required by the Provider:

• Customer's telephone number;
• Customer’s e-mail address.

3.4. The Provider shall not disclose the information received from a Customer. Information disclosure shall not be deemed a breach of the obligations if the duty of such disclosure is established by the requirements of the current legislation of the Russian Federation.

4. Final Provisions

4.1. The Provider reserves the right to make unilateral changes to these rules. The changes to these rules take effect after being posted on the website.
